IBM Watson and the spark
Verboo's founders worked with IBM Watson and saw the potential — and the limits — of conversational AI back then. The idea was born right there: one day, when the technology catches up to the dream, we'll build this properly.
Building before generative AI
While the world still didn't know what ChatGPT was, the team was already developing conversational AI agents. Years of technical and market experience stacked up before the topic became trendy.
The idea finally becomes a product
With generative AI mature, the moment arrived. Verboo was founded in Ceará and the product went live. From the 2017 concept to the 2023 reality, with the experience of people who had already been wrong before.

With real customers, proven results (like Bioclinica's 22% conversion) and a solid operation, Verboo raised funding to scale.
