Client Platforms
A Client Platform is a white-label environment you create for each of your clients. It has its own visual identity (logo and color), linked assistants, usage plan and user base — all isolated from other platforms.
When to use
- You resell Verboo as a product to your clients
- Each client needs a chat with their own branding
- You want to control which assistants each client can access
- Clients need separate logins and separate contexts from each other
Creating a platform
Go to Clients → New and fill in:
| Field | Required | Description |
|---|---|---|
| Name | Yes | Platform identifier |
| Subdomain | No | Address prefix for the platform (e.g. client.verboo.com.br) |
After creation, configure the details in the General, Assistants and Users tabs.
General settings
Visual identity
| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| Name | Name displayed on the platform |
| Primary color | Hex color (default: #AD34FE) — applied to the chat interface and highlighted elements |
| Logo | Platform identity image (optional) |
Plan
Associate a usage plan to define message limits and available features for this client.
Status
The Active / Inactive toggle enables or disables access to the platform. Inactive platforms prevent their users from logging in.
Linked assistants
In the Assistants tab, define which company assistants are available on this platform:
- Search for an assistant by name
- Click an assistant to link it
- Unlink at any time using the remove button
The same assistant can be linked to multiple platforms simultaneously.
Users
In the Users tab, manage who has access to the platform.
Invite a user
Provide an email address. An invitation is sent automatically to that address.
Invite status
| Status | Description |
|---|---|
| Pending | Invitation sent, awaiting acceptance |
| Accepted | User accepted and has access |
| Expired | The invitation acceptance window has closed |
Invitations with Pending status can be cancelled at any time.
Remove user
Removes the user's access to this specific platform. The user is not deleted from the system — they simply lose their association with this platform.
