Use Verboo Code in Cursor

Connect a Verboo API key to Cursor to use the available models in standard chat.

Paid plans have no token cap. What exists is a per-minute rate limit, because heavier models need more GPU.

How to connect

Before configuration
- Create an API key in the dashboard and check the model IDs available to your account before opening Cursor.

Configure Cursor
- Open Cursor Settings and go to Models.
- Enable Override OpenAI Base URL in the API keys section.
- Paste the base URL below and your API key in the OpenAI API Key field.
- Choose an ID listed on the models page. Cursor supports custom API keys only in standard chat; choose a non-reasoning model for this integration.
- Use Verify and save the configuration.

Verify
- Open Cursor chat, choose one of the detected models, and send a short message. If validation fails, confirm that the key is active and the URL ends in /v1.

Limitation

Only Chat/Plan mode uses custom endpoints in Cursor. Composer, inline edit, and autocomplete use Cursor's own backend.

No model appears?

List the available models with GET /models using the same API key and confirm that your plan is active.
