Terms of Use

This document is the agreement between you and us about using Verboo. Read it once now, you don't need to come back unless something changes (and we'll let you know).

In 30 seconds:

• Create account, set up your Assistant, it talks on WhatsApp. Simple.
• 7-day free trial, no card. You only pay when you decide to go paid.
• The content of your conversations is yours. Verboo only processes to deliver the service.
• Don't use it for spam, scraping, fraud or anything illegal.
• Cancel any time. No fee, no lock-in.

Verboo is operated by Verbeux Serviços Ltda., Brazilian CNPJ 46.214.362/0001‑86, headquartered at Rua Doutor Gilberto Studart, 55, Suite 1317, Tower 2, Cocó, Fortaleza‑CE, ZIP 60192‑105, Brazil.

When you create an account, integrate via API, MCP or SDK, or use any part of the platform, you accept these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

If you accept on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to do so.

We give you a limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable license to use the platform while your account is active. You build Assistants, connect integrations, send messages via API or MCP, design flows, export data — within what your plan allows.

The Assistants are yours. Settings, prompts, integrations, conversation history — all of that you can pick up and take with you.

Some things hurt everyone. Here's what's off-limits:

• Using it for spam, unauthorized scraping, scams or social engineering.
• Re-identifying anonymized data.
• Sending discriminatory or illegal content, infringing copyright or violating the Brazilian Internet Civil Framework.
• Reverse-engineering Verboo's code, models or infra.
• Reselling or sublicensing access without prior agreement.
• Sharing your credentials or API tokens with people who shouldn't have them.
• Using for discriminatory purposes, credit scoring or insurance without proper legal basis.

If we spot use like that, we'll warn first. If it continues, we suspend.

Your content stays yours. Messages, files, prompts, settings — anything you submit to Verboo remains your property.

For the platform to work, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, process and display that content — only for the time needed to operate and improve the service for you.

Ours stays ours. Code, models, trademarks, logos and Verboo content belong to Verbeux Serviços Ltda. or our licensing partners. Protected under Brazilian Laws 9.279/96 and 9.610/98.

When you use an Assistant to talk to your end customers (patient, buyer, lead), you are the controller of that data. Verboo is the processor — follows your instructions, doesn't use it for anything else.

That means you're responsible for having a legal basis to collect and process those end customers' data (consent or another LGPD-allowed basis), and for granting them the rights LGPD guarantees.

Full details on how we handle data are in the Privacy Policy. Enterprise customers can request a separate DPA (Data Processing Addendum) by writing to privacy@verboo.ai.

Verboo connects to a lot of stuff: WhatsApp Business API, HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Feegow, RD Station, and so on. When you turn on an integration, you accept that partner's terms too.

We do our best to keep integrations working well, but if a partner changes their API, takes down their service or starts charging for something that was free, that's beyond Verboo's control.

7-day free trial. No card required to start. Create the account, build the Assistant, test for real. No charges.

Paid plan. When you go paid, billing is monthly or yearly, processed via Stripe (or another method we offer). Prices are always at verboo.ai/en/pricing.

Cancellation. Cancel any time, right from the panel. No lock-in, no fee. Service stays available until the end of the period you already paid.

Refunds. Since the trial is free, we don't refund paid subscriptions, except where Brazilian law (CDC) guarantees that right.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that: (i) violate these Terms; (ii) pose serious legal or reputational risk; or (iii) sit unused for more than 12 months, with prior notice.

When that happens, you have 90 days to export your data. After that we delete or anonymize, except where the law requires retention.

Verboo is provided "as is" ("AS IS"). We do everything reasonable to keep things up, fast and secure, but we can't promise continuous availability or fitness for any specific purpose.

To the maximum extent allowed by law (art. 51 CDC and equivalents), Verboo's total liability for direct damages is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the event.

We're not liable for lost profits, data loss you could have exported, or indirect damages.

This text evolves with the platform and the law. When we change something material, we'll notify by email or banner at least 15 days in advance (art. 48 CDC).

Continued use after the effective date counts as acceptance. If you disagree, just cancel beforehand — no charge.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Any disputes are resolved in the courts of Fortaleza‑CE, Brazil.
